Selkirk Diagnostics is a sonographer-owned and operated outpatient ultrasound imaging facility located in Hayden, Idaho. We provide general, ob/gyn, vascular and echocardiogram services as well as elective 3D/4D OB ultrasounds.

All exams are performed by registered sonographers through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography and read by board certified radiologists.

Whitney Barnett Co-Owner
RDMS,RVT,RDCS

Whitney has been a registered medical sonographer since 2010 and has been working in the hospital setting for over 14 years. She holds a number of ultrasound registries to include abdomen, OB/GYN, vascular and echocardiography. Whitney is eager to offer affordable, diagnostic ultrasounds to the community. Her passion for using ultrasound to aid in a diagnosis expands beyond her local community as she has taken her skills globally. Whitney has traveled to Haiti and Bolivia serving the underprivileged by teaching local radiologists how to perform ultrasound exams and properly document pathology. Whitney strives to make all her patients feel important and heard while providing a calming and friendly environment.
Outside of scanning, you can find Whitney spending time with her husband and young daughter. She loves to travel the world for volunteer services and pleasure, camping and boating with her family.

Carrie Day Co-Owner
RDMS,RVT

Carrie Day has been a registered sonographer since 2011 working in hospital and outpatient settings. Her registries include abdomen, OB/GYN, and vascular. Along with Carries's expansive skill set she has a love for medical research and providing high quality diagnostic studies. She had her own fertility journey that she feels has helped her become a more compassionate and relatable sonographer to the patients she serves. Carrie listens to her patients and will always go the extra mile to ensure they are receiving exceptional care and high quality studies.
Prior to becoming a sonographer Carrie obtained her bachelors degree in education.
When Carrie is not scanning you will find her daydreaming of her favorite place, Priest Lake, and spending time on the water there with her husband and daughter.
